Using the enhanced capability of G2, D2K and General Atomics developed and installed a state-of the art modular integrated Prognostic Health Management (PHM) system on the USS Gerald Ford aircraft carrier. It is designed to provide higher reliability and safety margins as well as to
automatically manage the arrestment of a greater range of aircraft types while reducing the fatigue and impact load on the aircraft and pilot. Essential to the program is the advanced verification and validity software testing toolkit TAU™ developed for the program and now commercially available to all G2 users from D2K.
